IMPORTANT WARNING: The hotel is closed. You can book and they take your money, but nobody opens the doors. We saw people inside and knocked, but no one came out. A woman from the neighboring place said at least 10 people have the same experience every week.

The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even with the language barrier, and treated me like family. This homestay is in a quieter part of Hoi An, within walking distance of the beach, which I preferred to the busy Ancient Town. I'd highly recommend it. One thing to know: the Google Maps pin is a couple of blocks off. The owners are trying to fix it, but Google has been difficult. If you book through Booking.com, Agoda, or Grab, use the location shown in the app, or the address the owners gave me: “TRƯƠNG SA TÂN THỊNH CẨM AN HỘI AN QN. ĐN”. I also attached a photo showing the actual location compared with the spot Google Maps claims.

A quiet, lovely place by the river, just a short walk from the beach. The host is brilliant, and the rooms are great value for the price if you're planning to spend your time exploring the beautiful area.

The host is lovely and helped us with everything, from rides into the city to renting a motorbike. We had a really good breakfast each day, with Vietnamese coffee, tea and a different fruit every morning. It's a 10-minute walk from the beautiful beach and a 10-minute drive to the city center. Highly recommend it if you want a quiet, nice place near the sea!

Such a cute place to stay in Hoi An. The host is lovely and made us feel very welcome. It was clean, nice and quiet, and we had a different homemade breakfast with coffee and fruit each morning. We rented a scooter at the homestay and booked transport to Hué there too. The price was very fair for all the great service. Definitely recommend!
