The laundry was done for an amazing price, and breakfast had a good range of choices for something included in the rate. Kim and the Riverside staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The hotel is pretty and very clean, and it's one of the best value-for-money places I've stayed in Asia.

The villa is beautiful, and Ms Rose and Ms Kim were delightful hosts. They helped set up private tours, and laundry was available too. The neighbourhood felt friendly, with reasonably priced shops and restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend it!

Cam nam is a peaceful area, with local bars and restaurants nearby. The old town is about a 15-minute stroll away, and we can't wait to return. Riverside Impressions gave us a fantastic stay, with great rooms and a spotless pool area. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. Rose and Kim at reception, the room cleaners, the woman who cooked our breakfast, and our special friend on night porter, security, and handyman duties were all wonderful. Highly recommended.

I had two white T-shirts washed, and both came back with yellow paint stains. They were neatly folded, and the marks were on the back, so I didn't notice until I arrived in Australia. The person who washed them knows the stains weren't there before and should have told me right away. Staying silent showed, to me, a lack of honesty and professional responsibility. I stayed at the accommodation for three nights and contacted the person in charge to report what happened. They offered no solution and only said I should have told them the next day, disregarding that the damage wasn't visible when the clothes were returned. It's very disappointing that they accept absolutely no responsibility. A service provider should take responsibility for clothes damaged during their service. I'm confident the person who did the laundry would remember if they saw photos of the garments. It's unfortunate to see so little accountability. Each T-shirt is worth 80 Australian dollars, about 1,440,000-1,460,000 VND at the current exchange rate. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. It's a lovely little villa in a quieter part of Hoi an, and the staff were really helpful with recommendations and bookings. I'd absolutely recommend it to everyone!
