We were celebrating my birthday during this stay, and chose the hotel because it was affordable and had good reviews. The balcony had a nice view of the river, and having both air conditioning and a wall fan made the room more comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there's a large swimming pool. It's also near the local market, where it's easy to find inexpensive food. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed the pool, which was clean, and the breakfast had lots of choices and tasted delicious. The hotel is clean and well placed for walks, both to the rice fields and to the old town center. They provide water, coffee and tea in the room, plus free bikes. Best of all, the service was absolutely amazing.

Kim Lien was so generous. I accidentally left a white shirt in the sheets, and she sent it on to our new accommodation in Hanoi without even asking for the money back. She's also really nice and helpful. We loved everything about our stay!

We loved celebrating New Year in Hoi An and at the hotel. We only booked two nights and hoped to stay longer, but it was fully booked. Still, we were very happy there. It's close to the old town and shops, and the hotel's free bikes made it fun to explore all of Hoi An.

The pool was really nice, and we made good use of the free bikes. The location is great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Lien and her team looked after us so well, always with a smile and ready to help. This was one of our favorite places during our three-month trip around Vietnam. When we return to Hoi An, we'll stay here again.
