Tram at reception was an absolute godsend. My wallet was stolen, and she came with us by taxi to the police station and translated while we filed a report. Her help made a frightening situation much less daunting. I’ve never had service this kind and caring, and I’m so grateful to her. The whole team treated us warmly and professionally. We’ve been comfortable on the 7th floor: good beds, strong air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a balcony with nice chairs, and enough storage. The room isn’t huge, but it suits us as a senior couple. The breakfast buffet is so good there’s a daily struggle to choose, and both pool areas are lovely for a lazy day when we don’t go into town.

The pool is large and beautiful, with plenty of loungers and shaded spots. Breakfast was fresh, with a great selection, and I also had a very good facial at Lemongrass spa. The hotel is a little away from the noisy area, but it’s easy to get around. We stayed six nights over lunar New Year. The staff were lovely and helpful, and our spacious room had a small balcony. The bathroom and shower were excellent, and there were hot and cold water stations on every floor.

We had a great time here. They upgraded our room because it was our honeymoon, and the staff were really friendly. The breakfast buffet was the best we had during three weeks in Vietnam & Thailand. Our room was tidy and well presented, and the service was good. Being able to borrow bikes made it easy to get around town, and we loved that. We also had a great two-hour ritual massage.

We’d happily stay again. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the old town centre, so the setting is nicely quiet. The room was very comfortable, with a balcony facing the motorbike bridge, but we didn’t find it noisy at all. The gardens are beautifully arranged around wellbeing and space, and an early evening cocktail there was a joy. The owners clearly put a lot of effort into keeping the grounds looking lovely. Staff were superb, friendly, engaged, and ready to help. We were welcomed with tea, and breakfast was great. There are two pools, a splash pool for kids and a decent sized one for adults. The spa offered massages and treatments at very reasonable prices. I’d recommend the hotel.
