We loved our long stay and would come back. Hien made us feel welcome and was very accommodating. The location works well for the beach and restaurants, and there's a lovely outdoor riverside area to relax in. Our room was clean and spacious, with a good bathroom, strong water pressure, and hot water. Breakfast was good, the pool was clean, and we could use the bicycles for free.

We spent 5 nights here and had a great time. The service was genuinely kind, with a nice balance between showing interest in our trip and giving us privacy. The pool was lovely and the shower was great. It's easy to walk to restaurants and the beach, and the old town is an easy bike ride on the hotel's free bikes or a Grab ride away.

I've come back many times because I love staying here. The host is lovely and helpful, and once when I was unwell they checked in to ask if I needed anything. The booking site photos are accurate, including whether the room you choose has a balcony. Beds are clean and comfy, with hot water, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Shops and restaurants are nearby. You can borrow good bikes to ride through rice fields, get to nearby a bang, or reach Hoi An ancient city in about 15 minutes. The river is on one side, with lovely sunsets and coffee shops; a quiet beach is a 5 minute walk the other way, with busier beaches farther along. It's nice to be outside the hectic tourist hub but still have easy access, and we felt welcome.

Hien's service was amazing, and everything was arranged perfectly. The big rooms were beautiful and clean, and there was a garden with a great river view where we could relax, along with a beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious, too. Best experience in Vietnam so far. Thanks for being awesome, Hien 👌

Hien was a friendly and helpful host, and we had a good stay. The pool was peaceful and calm. Our room was a little dated, but still very good value for the price. It's close to the sea and just a 10 minute drive from Hoi An town.
