The room was humid and disgusting, with lice crawling in the bed and dust and bugs all over. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We’d only come here because we got locked out of our apartment across the street late at night. The man at the desk wasn’t friendly, but that was manageable. He then tried to charge us twice the online rate. When we went back downstairs because we didn’t want to stay, he refused to refund us. After some strong language, we got 80% back and left. I wish I could give this zero stars. Don’t stay here.

I’ve been here for a month and have been very happy with my stay. It’s quiet, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and always available if you need them. The kitchen has worked well for us, and you can cook your own meals. I think it’s one of the best places to stay in Da Nang.

The man and woman at reception were both lovely, but this was still the worst hotel I’ve stayed in so far. Our room smelled strongly of mildew, worse than any other place we’d encountered in Da Nang. Mosquitoes filled it, and my SO and I got countless bites during our one-night stay. We booked at the last minute without checking the reviews, thinking that for $10 a night, one night couldn’t be too bad. Now I understand the price, and the savings weren’t worth it. After a long day, we ordered Grab delivery and left the tied-up trash bag on our floor for a couple of hours. A whole trail of ants appeared, so keep that in mind if you stay. The bathroom was tiny, and the toilet cleaning products and tools sat right beside it. Shower water could splash them before running over our feet to the drain, which felt pretty gross.

We had a really comfortable, pleasant stay, and the service was very good. We rented bikes directly from the hotel, and I personally liked the bike a lot. I’d recommend staying here if you’re coming to Da Nang. Thanks for everything.

The WiFi was bad, the sheets had holes, and the shower was small. I left after half an hour and got no refund. A terrible hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
