The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the whole property is spotlessly clean. You can tell the owners take real pride in looking after it. They’re warm and dedicated, and though they don’t speak English, they work hard to communicate, using apps when needed, and help with anything. I also appreciated that they were never pushy. They didn’t try to sell us tours or extra trips, which was a relief. The family-like atmosphere made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend it for genuine hospitality and a relaxing, pristine place to stay.

The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed every one. Our accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well cared for. Rin deserves a special thanks for looking after us so attentively and kindly, and for making us feel welcome. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. We had a lovely stay and would love to return. Highly recommended 💙

A gorgeous homestay in a great spot for families, in a residential area near An Bang. The family rooms are lovely and generously sized, and breakfast was delicious. Seriously, the best pho we’d had in our weeks of traveling in Vietnam. The owners were gorgeous, helpful, and welcoming, and it felt super safe. It’s an easy walk to a bang man street with restaurants, and Sunny’s coffee corner is just around the corner, with the best coffee and food. We’ll be back!

We loved our two nights here and even tried to stay longer, but they were fully booked. The room had loads of space and lovely light, and both breakfast and the bed were great. The staff were always ready to help, too.

A lovely little family-run hotel. The couple who run it are kind and attentive, and they cook breakfast to order from the menu each morning, with a drink and bottled water provided morning and night. When we arrived, we were short on cash for our Grab taxi and their card machine was having trouble, so they covered the fare and added it to our bill, along with a bit of cash for us. Our room was spacious, clean, and had its own A/C.
