We got there at 8 in the morning, even though check-in wasn't meant to start until 2, and they showed us straight to a room without any fuss. The family running this new hotel are incredibly welcoming and happy to help with anything. The place is spotless, and the bedroom air conditioning works great.

The people were friendly, but the place hasn't been cleaned or maintained much, and its photos seem to show it when it was new. The pool was too dirty for me to use, and breakfast wasn't worth the extra cost.

Our online booking for one night was confirmed, yet when we arrived at 11 PM, they wouldn't let us stay. They offered no help finding somewhere else, even though it was Chinese New Year and there were no rooms available nearby. We were left on our own in a very stressful situation in the middle of the night. We still haven't been refunded, although we never received the service we booked. The lack of consideration and professionalism is regrettable. This doesn't deserve even one star, and I strongly advise against staying here.
