We were women arriving at 10 PM, so finding another room wasn't really an option. When we asked for the bathroom light to be fixed because it was pitch black, the owner told us, “If you don't stay, get your deposit back,” and said she didn't care if we stayed one day. The room was awful: they gave us the wrong one despite our booking, the sheets had footprints on them, two of the six small lights were burnt out, there was no trash can or blanket, and the bathroom light didn't work at all. The worst part was the staff's attitude, especially getting into a heated argument with a customer.

The hosts were kind, and the location was handy. Shops and pharmacies are all close by.

I paid 700k VND for one night, and there wasn't even a bottle of water. All three beds were damp and moldy, with condoms under them, coffee spills everywhere, and hair scattered across the floor. I had to wait until morning to leave after paying for the night. It was disgusting, worse than a public restroom. Avoid this place.

The rooms were dirty, filthy, and smelled bad. Terrible. Nobody visiting Da Nang should stay here.
