Breakfast is included and has more choices than I usually see with included meals; they cook it right in front of you. Our room was spacious, very clean, and full of natural light. The staff were gracious, friendly, and helpful. The woman who welcomed us sat down with us to share personalised tips and recommendations for Hoi An. They can arrange tours and other things if you want, but never pressure you.

They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay, and the rooms were clean. Before I arrived, we were in touch by email about a package I had sent to the homestay, and they let me know as soon as it arrived. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. They lock the gate around midnight, but didn't make an issue of my coming back later. Highly recommend!

The dorm has comfy beds, a private locker, and plenty of breakfast choices. It's about 1 km from the Old Town, an easy walk, and the staff can book anything you need. The ensuite bathroom has no soundproofing, though, so everyone in the dorm hears even small bathroom noises. That's one point off.

The place is quiet and well located for getting downtown. The people here were so kind and helpful: they suggested interesting places to visit and good food, and even helped me book a cooking class. I'd highly recommend it.

The family were really kind, and the beds and rooms were comfortable and very good. I did find it quite expensive compared with Hoi An, and the included breakfast was cheap.
