The location is very good, and the balconies, bathtubs, elevator, and pool make the place seem like a bargain for a budget hotel. But the property needs serious upkeep and a deep clean. Our room smelled dusty when we arrived, and there was dust and mold throughout. My husband had to kill lots of moth flies in the bathroom, and some were still there afterward. The flies suggest dirty bathroom drains, which still makes me feel gross. I hope they clean and improve the property, because it has a lot of potential.

The manager and staff sorted out a booking mix-up when I was initially given a different room type, and the manager also had great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. My week-long stay was enjoyable, with a spacious, modern room, a comfortable bed, and effective air conditioning. It was nicely decorated and had a big terrace overlooking the river. The area gets busy and noisy, but the insulated windows kept the sound out. The care and service were very good for the reasonable price. It's also an easy walk to the ancient town. I'd gladly recommend this hotel for a visit to Hội An.

We were pleased with the room, and Vin and the other staff were very accommodating. It's an easy walk to the old town, too. I'll always remember October 27, 2025, when the flooding got so bad that Vin offered to take us across the flooded area safely by boat. We'd definitely return to Hoi An! 😊

We had a really enjoyable two-night stay. Our balcony looked out over part of the town and the river, and the hotel's little island location had a pleasant bustle from the nearby street food stalls while still feeling quiet enough. The facilities were good, and we had the pool to ourselves. Some construction was happening next door, but it didn't really affect our mood. Laundry was charged by weight rather than per item, and they gave us sightseeing and tailoring suggestions.
