They let us check in early, and the service was good. The room smelled strongly of smoke when we entered because smoking is allowed in the rooms, which we hadn't known. After I told the staff, they did something to fix it, maybe using a lot of air freshener.

For a three-star hotel, it was very nice. The staff were helpful in finding me a motorbike to rent, and the beach was an eight-minute ride away.

The rooms are basic, and the hotel sits in a non-touristy area. Cleanliness was good, but the wifi was painfully slow, so I used up all my data. Breakfast was a big disappointment. With too few guests for a buffet, they gave me a bowl of shrimp and noodles with coffee and sweet condensed milk. I was frustrated at having to find somewhere else to eat. The stay itself was just fine. I'd recommend renting a motorcycle and riding up to Ban Co Peak if the weather's good. Make sure you set out with a full tank. Huygo Motorbike is a three-minute walk from the hotel.

It was a terrible night. My room was small and under the canteen, so early in the morning I could hear everything while they cooked, as well as the chairs scraping when guests pulled them. There was no socket by the bed, and the air conditioning wasn't good. Honestly, it was so noisy I couldn't sleep.

There are plenty of places to eat and get coffee within walking distance. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location. I had a great stay.
