The staff, especially Phương and Thư, made this stay for me. They were warm and genuine from the start, sharing local tips and helping me make the most of my time in Hoi An. It felt like they cared about me as a person, not just a guest, and that kind of welcome makes a real difference while traveling. I hadn't read reviews before arriving at Virgo Villa Quê Hội An, so finding out it was beside a nightclub made me expect noisy nights. My room was right by the club, but I never heard or felt loud music and slept comfortably each night. The whole stay was peaceful, and I'd definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the service was the best I've had at a hotel in Hoi An. Everyone was very nice, especially Jarunee. I'm sure you'll love staying here if you're visiting Hoi an.

Our family of six stayed for one night while on a private tour. The rooms were clean and the staff were so friendly, recommending nearby sights and good seafood restaurants. Their care and enthusiasm for looking after guests really stood out. I loved the stay and will definitely return. 10/10 ❤️ I hope to get the same wonderful service when you come to Thailand next year.

Thu at reception was so helpful and kind. The hotel itself is nice and well placed, just a short walk from the old town. Free bicycles are available too, which made getting around convenient.

I had a wonderful one-night visit at Virgo Que Villa Hoi An. The room was spotless, and the villa is comfortable and handy for the Hoi An Night Market. Mr. Vinh was especially friendly and patient with us. I was really impressed.
