Breakfast being included was a lovely surprise. We could choose Western food, bánh mì, or pho, with fruit, yoghurt, coffee, and juices. It was much better than the buffet breakfasts at our previous hotels. The villa had a private villa but boutique hotel feel, and the rooms were big and comfortable. The pool was a bit cold, but refreshing in Vietnam's heat and humidity after a day out. Old Town is about a 1km walk. We enjoyed walking there, though it's something to keep in mind if you'd rather be right in the centre. The staff made the stay, especially Nhi and Huong, who were welcoming, warm, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They arranged our airport transfer smoothly and were always happy to help. We'd had a few tailor recommendations, but the staff suggested BeBe as the best quality option for what we wanted, even though it cost a bit more. We're so glad we took their advice, it was worth it. Huong also got us discounted tickets to Hoi An Memories, cheaper than Klook, and arranged to have something I'd left at a previous hotel flown to me. I can't fault the service or the stay.

Nhi and Huong at reception were so kind, attentive, and helpful with recommendations. We had a fantastic stay at Zen Boutique villa, with a very clean, comfortable room and a great location close to the old town. We could rent bikes for free, a lovely touch, and breakfast was delicious and included. A lovely stay in Hoi An, we'd recommend it to anyone.

The Vietnamese breakfast was delicious, and I highly recommend trying it. Western food was available too, and breakfast was included in the price. The staff were lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and communication before arrival was excellent. My wife and I stayed three nights at Zen Boutique Hoi An in late March 2026. We had a deluxe room with a balcony, nicely furnished and immaculately clean, with a luxurious bathroom. It's a pleasant walk or a short grab ride to the old town, far enough out to avoid the busiest area. Lots of good restaurants, bars, mini markets, and the riverside are within walking distance. We borrowed bikes for free and cycled a few km's to the beach. It was peaceful and beautiful there. We also used the lovely clean, cool pool twice, a lifesaver in the heat. A wonderful hotel in a great location, with engaging, helpful staff. Very, very highly recommended.

Huong and Nhi were such lovely hosts, always greeting us with a warm smile. We felt comfortable and well looked after straight away. The room was pleasant, and breakfast was delicious. They also gave us great tips for restaurants, excursions, spas, and tailors. We had a wonderful time in Hoi An, and the fantastic hotel helped make it that way. We'd come back. We were very happy with our week at Zen Boutique Hoi An-Eco and would stay again. Nhi recommended something for breakfast every day, and we followed her suggestions without being disappointed. Huong welcomed us warmly and shared useful tips on local restaurants and tailors. The service was excellent, and Nhi helped us book tours and always greeted us with a big smile. The room had large windows and a large bathroom, and the Wi-Fi was decent. The location is on the outskirts of Old Town, a short walk from the busy areas and close to the rice paddies. Free daily breakfast and complimentary bikes were nice perks, especially for riding through the nearby fields.
