A good hotel at a reasonable price. The hot water just isn't hot enough around midnight.

There's a lot nearby, including restaurants and cafes, and the hotel is close to the city center. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced, and the staff are enthusiastic.

The noise is awful. The doors are so loud that you can hear everything people do, and anyone on the first floor can hear kids screaming in the lobby at night.

A single room costs 300k VND, and the hotel has underground parking, an elevator, and clean rooms with neat decor. It's in a busy area. If you just need somewhere to rest, it's a very reasonable option.
