Haian Riverfront Hotel Da Nang

Dragon bridge, coffee shops, cafes, and good restaurants are all an easy walk from this hotel, which is in a great spot. We spent three memorable nights at Haian riverfront resort. The rooms were clean and kept in good condition, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mostly Vietnamese food. I’d recommend it for a lovely stay in Danang.

The bathroom setup was awkward. From the toilet seat the view is great, but the view is also great toqz aq the toilet seat. You can shower while on the toilet too, which might suit you depending on how you feel about that. My corner room on the 10th floor had a great view, and the rooftop-ish pool was a nice way to get out of the heat. The room was pretty comfortable, and the big circle bed was fun to roll around on by myself.

I’ve stayed at Haian Riverfront Hotel twice for longer visits now, and I’d recommend it. On my recent seven-night stay, the river-facing balcony suite was clean and lovely, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. It all made for a fantastic vacation in Da Nang. I was also impressed by the service during Tet. Even with the holiday, the staff stayed attentive and friendly. Giang was especially helpful when my brother got sick, arranging a clinic appointment and transportation for him. I’ll likely be back. Thanks again!

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful. The Han Market is close, with plenty of restaurants and cafés around, much like the beach area. If you’d rather stay away from the beach, this could be a good location. Noise was an issue for me. The windows seemed thin, so outside activity came through loudly, though it eased late at night. They provided earplugs, which helped somewhat. There was also a polluted smell in the room, but I couldn’t tell whether it came from an unclean A/C filter or somewhere open. The hallway perfume was strong at times, including near reception, and I didn’t like it. When the perfume isn't presented, there's strong carpet ordor in the hallway. I suppose they use it until they find another solution. I’m unsure about recommending the spa. My first session was rushed and rough, and the therapist seemed to be going through the motions. A loud broken fan and airplane-like sounds mixed with the spa music, so I couldn’t relax and just wanted it to end. I told them I wasn’t satisfied. Since I’d bought two sessions, they arranged a more experienced therapist for the second one, and that treatment was much better.
