Royal Quang Binh Hotel

A shame for a local 4-star hotel in Vietnam. It fell far short of what I’d expect from a comfortable 3-star place. The staff were unfriendly, and both the swimming pool and bar were closed. Never again.

I can’t believe this place is still operating. Just terrible, I have no words.

This does not feel like a 4-star hotel at all. The rooms were dirty and stained, the walls were thin, and my room was already left open when I first arrived. The hallways were kept dark to “conserve” energy. Disgusting, more like a motel in the US.

AVOID! It looks nice at first, but there were no restaurants, pool, spa, bar or gym, despite claims of having three restaurants. No amenities at all, and no other customers either. Music played in the hallway for no apparent reason, along with other strange things. The place was clean and the staff tried with the limited resources they had. I felt unwell and ordered plain fries, but got odd battered, deep fried potato pieces instead. I’m completely disappointed and will be claiming a refund.
