We had a great stay at the Poseido Hotel during the Tet holiday. The staff were incredible, so welcoming and helpful with whatever we needed. The hotel was spotless, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was another highlight, with a rich selection and lots of variety. Highly recommend!

The infinity pool overlooking the sea was so relaxing, and the hotel has a modern design and is newly built. We stayed for 2 nights, and the service was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful ocean view, and the location was central. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was varied and tasty. Prices are reasonable compared with the general standard, and I’d definitely recommend experiencing this place.

We only spent one night here, and the airport was about 10 minutes away. The hotel can arrange a shuttle. Our room and bathroom were both clean and really nice. The restaurant was a highlight, with tasty food at fair prices, and breakfast was among the best we had in Vietnam, with plenty of choices.

Rainy weather greeted me when I arrived, but I soon felt at home here and was happy just to stay in and enjoy it. Everyone was so friendly, and the service was lovely. Ngan at reception deserves a special mention: she went out of her way to help me change my stay dates, and I’m very grateful. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The room was lovely, and I’d recommend staying in it, but the facilities let us down. At the restaurant, we ordered tofu and it arrived with meat. When we explained that we were vegetarian, they said it was only a little and basically scraped it off for us. The massage was disappointing too: the hot stones kept being microwaved in the room, there was no music, my husband had YouTube playing with adverts, and the masseuse took a phone call at the end. Service overall wasn’t great.
