The staff were really accommodating when my family and I arrived on the second day of Tet in 2024 and cooked our own meals at the hotel. We stayed when it had just been built, and the rooms were beautiful. Everyone was friendly. See you again this Tet!

After staying for three days, I was very unhappy with the service. At checkout, the staff member didn't return my ID card without being asked. I was in a rush and forgot to remind them. I had also left my shoes in the room. When I went back for them, they said my things had been thrown away and that they only had my ID card. There wasn't even an apology.
