They were really kind and called my host family after I checked out because I'd left an office notebook in my room. Most excellent!

Fairly clean and tidy, and the price is moderate.

In the cold weather, the blankets were just thin pieces of cloth with no padding. The water heater was awful, there were no doormats, and two people had only one bath towel and no face towels.

Could someone share the hotel's phone number? I need to reach them urgently, but nobody is answering.

The service attitude was extremely poor. Hot water came and went, and when I called reception at 101 to complain, they hung up. No one has answered since. There was no bathroom footbath, and when I asked for one, they said they didn't have any. But when I questioned the bill, they were suddenly very sweet. Such a disappointment.
