We were a group of nine at this hotel in January 2026, and all of us had great rooms with good views. Breakfast had a large variety, and the customer service was great. We'll definitely stay here on our next visit.

The staff were the one bright spot, very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was nowhere near the four stars the travel agent indicated, more like two. The rooms were very outdated, with no maintenance done for a long time, and the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Even my wife complained. The lift was always busy or not working. It took 30 minutes to get from the 11th floor. We won't be going back, and Viet travel will hear about our dissatisfaction.

We had a very pleasant stay. Our room was spacious and clean, with a sea view, and when the weather was good we could watch the sunrise from the window. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks, Ms.Phuong, for taking care of us this morning!

We spent Tet in the Deluxe Falimy room at Muong Thanh Grand Ha Long and had a great holiday. The sea view and service were great. @Phuong and Hang were experienced, supportive staff, really great.

The rooms are large and clean, breakfast is decent, and the location is okay, with lots of street restaurants nearby. The hotel has some ups and downs. On the downside, the building needs attention: broken doors, power out for several hours one day, a swimming pool that smelled funny, and no clim in the gym. The inside restaurant was very expensive for very average food. Staff skills overall seemed below average, from room cards not working at first to the swimming pool being closed every morning.
