Long Chau Hotel

The room was fine for the price and had aircon, hot water, a TV, and a nice balcony to sit outside on. But parts of the staff were very rude. I asked a question and the woman at the desk looked up, ignored me, and carried on with her business. I've never had that happen before, though on its own it wouldn't make me rate the place so modestly. The real problem was the deafening night noise. There are swallow farms everywhere, and sleep was absolutely impossible. Bird sounds are played through speakers around the whole river area, and they don't stop at night. Never again.

The riverfront view is great, and the rooms are spacious and clean. It's conveniently placed among lots of seafood stalls. The air conditioning takes a while to cool the room, especially in warm weather.

I had a spacious corner room with a good river view, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was good too. I really enjoyed staying here and would come back if I return in the future.

The riverfront view is nice, but this wasn't a good homestay. The room smelled, and all the equipment was old. If you plan to stay, check for the smell and ask the owner to clean it.
