2/10
The only positives were the breakfast staff, who were friendly and made a great meal, and the hotel's location near everything. We had no running water, and once that problem was fixed, there was no hot water. The room's window looked into the hallway, even though the photos on booking.com when we booked showed windows facing outside. Staff responded slowly when we raised these issues. I wouldn't recommend it.

The owners speak English, and the place is reasonably priced and comfortable, with large rooms. Some rooms have a nice view. Breakfast was poor, and the bathroom could use a deep clean, especially the drains and taps. That's been the case at most hotels we've stayed at in Vietnam.

Even in the off season, the service was decent. The place was great and the WiFi worked well.

What stood out most were the owners and staff. They communicated with us well, were always kind, and helped with our requests. It's a good hotel for a good price, and I can definitely recommend it.

Feeling safe and secure matters to me when I travel, and I felt that way at this hotel. The staff made sure all the guests were well looked after.
