It was so quiet down the side street, even though the main street was literally a one-minute walk away. The room had two double beds and was clean and comfy. Loved this homestay.

The owner was kind and helpful, even though he spoke very little English, and he accommodated me when I had an overnight bus. The rooms are spacious, and the place is just off the Main Street, so it stays fairly quiet. Most attractions are an easy bike ride away. A great location, and they really made my time in Tam Coc special.

The host was friendly and gave us helpful suggestions for routes and lesser-known, beautiful spots. We could also rent a scooter at a good price. The new rooms were clean and spacious, with a hot shower, and we could get free water whenever we needed it. Although it’s in the city center, the smaller street kept nights quiet. I’d definitely recommend this homestay.

The rooms were good and had everything we needed. The owner was super friendly. He doesn't speak English, but we got along well using a translator. He also gave us free water every time we came or went. A good place to stay in tam coc!

Liem was the best part of the homestay. He went out of his way to make our stay lovely, arranging tours that felt authentic and local, making great breakfasts, offering tea through the day, and playing games with guests when it rained. The rooms are new and spacious, with hot showers, and the location is very central but still quiet. We’ve stayed in more than 20 places on our travels through Asia, but nowhere has felt as much like home. Couldn’t recommend it more! ❤️❤️
