Diamond Hotel

This room is garbage. They charge extra for everything, even water. I asked for chopsticks and they had just one pair. How is a hotel supposed to be so poorly equipped that it has only ONE pair of chopsticks? Check-out was at 12. I asked to stay until 12:30 because of a medical emergency, just long enough to recover, and they said they'd charge me for each hour. There was absolutely no sympathy. Edit: The hotel's poor defence leaves out plenty. The room and hotel don't look like the advertised photos, and they still had Christmas decorations up in February. There wasn't any hot water or even extra toilet paper, just the bare minimum. I paid extra for breakfast to be included, but at check-in they told us they didn't have it. I have attached photos showing that I paid for breakfast, so basically they took my money for nothing. They also kept me there an extra 20 minutes to make sure I hadn't damaged the room, which I hadn't. My room was on the second floor, with a balcony over the lobby. When the front desk worker needed to get the room key to the employee checking the room, she tried to throw the key card up over the balcony several times instead of taking the stairs or using the elevator to pass it along properly. It wasted more of my time. I attached photos and video evidence. The red-circled item is the hotel key being thrown up to the balcony floor. They couldn't throw it far enough and eventually took the stairs just to the second floor. Their claims about professional standards are absolutely false.
