The restaurant service was much too slow. The hotel itself felt empty and very quiet. It's newly built, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location is okay, but you'll need to walk about 500 meters in either direction to find restaurants and cafes.

The breakfast room has a lovely view over HaiPhong, though the food variety and quality are only good enough for a short stay. The hotel is on one of HaiPhong's main streets, about 10-15 minutes from the old quarter depending on traffic. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped, but quite dirty. I changed rooms three times, yet every carpet was stained or burned, and the bathrooms never felt as clean as I expected from a hotel. Since rooms can also be booked by the hour, there's a lot of traffic through the hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

The lobby and rooms have beautiful architecture, and the hotel has a nice setting. The bathroom feels luxurious, and there's Wi-Fi. Good hotel, I'd recommend it.
