The room wasn’t clean at check-in, and there was no hot water. The service left me very disappointed.

It’s a quiet area, and I found getting there from the airport easy enough. Bus 68, probably the one heading to Ha Dong district, got me close. Showing Google Maps to the airport staff made things simple. The pho place right opposite is delicious, especially the special one with lots of fish roe. Breakfast is available by delivery from the restaurant across the street. There’s also a nearby street packed with all-you-can-eat and buffet restaurants. Tourist sights aren’t right around the corner, but buses can get you pretty much anywhere. Late at night, you’ll need Grab.

The room was clean and had all the equipment I needed, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. I had a really good stay and was very satisfied. I’ll definitely come back, and everyone should give it a try.
