Of all the hotels I stayed at on my vacation in Vietnam, Win Win Hotel was easily the best. I had stays of two, three, and at one point five nights, and every time the staff made me feel safe and welcome when I came back. They're attentive, caring, and really professional. The fridge was always stocked, and there were snacks too. The bathroom was spotless, with hot water and toiletries available. As a foreigner, I really appreciated how willing they were to help me get a taxi. Thanks so much, Win Win Hotel. I hope I can come back and book again soon!

When I went the first time, we agreed on the room price and the overtime charges after I asked about them. But when I checked out, they gave me a different price. On my second visit, I called the staff member twice and couldn't get through.

The hotel in Kien An is very new and quite clean, and the people are friendly. It's in a very quiet area with no noise, and there's a park nearby where you can walk.
