Okay.

Stay away. The place is down a dark, shady alley, and they double-book rooms. When you arrive, they may tell you there’s no room and offer a scooter ride to another part of town, where the rooms are much worse and far from everything.
10/10
The room was clean and there’s a small garden. It’s house number 33, about 9 meters from Lieu Giai street.
10/10
For the price, the room is very good and has its own bathroom. It’s in a small alley, so it’s cool and fairly quiet. The market, grocery stores, WinMart, and reasonably priced restaurants are nearby. The landlord is enthusiastic and helpful if something comes up.
10/10
It’s easy to find. Go down the alley and walk 9 meters, and you’ll see the house.
