The staff made this stay for me. They were attentive, helpful, accommodating, and always smiling. Even late in the evening they greeted guests warmly, which made everything feel welcoming. The room itself was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. It stayed cool, had all the essentials, and was close to everything, so it was easy to get around. Breakfast was tasty, with a decent mix of choices even though the selection wasn’t huge. It also felt fairly healthy. I only tried the beef noodles on my last day, which was a shame, since they were better than some of the TikTok-famous places I’ve seen. I’d happily recommend the hotel and stay again.

The bell boy was excellent and helpful, and breakfast was reasonable. But the building looked and smelled old and badly needed a full renovation. There was mold all over the bathroom, and after I spotted a few cockroaches crawling on the wall, I couldn’t wait to leave. This was my first hotel after arriving in Vietnam. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Classic Street Hotel made our Hanoi vacation memorable. The location in the center is really convenient, with places to visit just a few steps away, and they serve a sumptuous breakfast every morning. Service was excellent, too. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the stay was easy and hassle-free.

We spent six nights here and would happily return on our next trip. The location was excellent, and the breakfast changed daily, with both Vietnamese and Western food. Our balcony room at the back was away from street noise. It was an adequate size, and bigger than most rooms in the Old Quarter. Emma, Jennifer, Harry, Kathy, and all the other staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
