The photos on the site gave a very misleading idea of what we actually found. Our driver had trouble getting there after our late flight, and it seems stressful for Grab drivers to find the place and get back out. The room was dirty, and the thin bedding had stains and long strands of black hair on it. We’re blond and light brown-haired. The shower didn’t drain, so water spread across the bathroom floor, and there was no bath mat. The towels were old and thin. The shower had shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. There was mold around the sinks, scuffs everywhere, and coffee cups but no coffee, tea, or milk. The washing machine and dryer were the only plus, and we used them during the few hours we stayed. We went to bed late while looking for somewhere else, eager to leave. We slept terribly and felt itchy the whole time.

The room was clean, but there was just one AC controller for all three AC units. The sheets, blanket, and pillowcases looked used and unchanged. Grab drivers may have a little trouble finding this boutique location.

I work remotely full-time, and this place felt home-like in a way I really appreciated. There was plenty of light, a full kitchen, a washing machine, and a spot to dry clothes.

We arrived to find the hotel closed, with no warning or message beforehand. They knew the property was under construction but still let us book a two-bedroom unit. A phone number at the site directed us to a completely different location. Getting them to agree to a refund was difficult, and the service felt unprofessional and unhelpful. Extremely disappointing, and I’d strongly advise against booking here.
