The room was nice and the area quiet, with a good view when the weather cooperated. But we were five people and got only four blankets and pillows, and they were stingy about giving us more despite our requests. The room was quite dirty too, with lots of black hairs, dust, and stains. The bathroom water was cold, and it was winter. You get what you pay for. To me, this is just an okay hotel. The nearby café I could walk to was my favorite part. Some of the positive reviews here and on Booking.com seem disingenuous and automated, so read the reviews carefully.

The photos were accurate for the upper apartment with two bedrooms, but it wasn’t properly clean. Dirty dishes had been left in the kitchen, there was a lot of dust on the shelves and elsewhere, and it got onto our clothes. The balcony was dirty too, and outdoor lighting would have been useful, but there wasn’t any. The manager was very rude, or really, she didn’t greet us or make eye contact even though she spoke English. We had to communicate through her employee, who sat beside her while she kept telling him what to say. It was disheartening to be treated like that as guests. Whenever we passed reception, nobody returned our greetings. The staff just stared at their phones, which seemed more important to them than having satisfied guests.

I’d avoid booking this hotel. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived, the keypad was faulty, and the bedsheets were dirty. At one point we were locked out, and nobody seemed willing to help when I messaged the three numbers listed at reception. The receptionist was only at the desk sometimes, and there was no night staff. They asked for more money when we arrived and told me to cancel on Booking.com. The room wasn’t cleaned during our five-day stay, and WiFi only worked at reception. Not worth the money.

The rooms were clean, though there were a few issues: one had no towels, another had a drain problem, and a hair dryer was broken in one. The reception desk isn't staffed around the clock, but I found help using the contact number list. The location was perfect. Getting confirmation for all three rooms took a while after I tried to reach the hotel following the booking, and the customer service felt inconsistent.
