Alex looked after us from the moment we arrived. He quickly got us oriented with a map and plenty of recommendations, then added everything to my Google Map as well. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the lake and central area, with good places to eat right outside and more central spots a short walk away. The room was spacious, and I'd recommend the premium rooms on the seventh floor, which really deserved the label. We had a wonderful stay that exceeded expectations. Thanks to Alex and the team, we'll see you again soon.

I was bitten about six times during my stay, and my ankles are still dealing with the bed bug bites. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially after we told them our pillowcase and towels were stained. But the rooms felt humid, and the bathroom was pretty small and grimy. The hotel is in a prime location, though if you can afford it, I'd spend an extra $10 on a cleaner place.

For our first night in Hanoi, we picked Legend Eclipse Hotel because it was near Tom's Cafe, where I needed to catch the sleeper bus to Sapa, as well as because of the good ratings. Alex at reception welcomed us warmly and pulled out a map to show us the hotel and nearby attractions and restaurants. He also surprised us with a room upgrade. The location is pretty good, everything worked as it should, and the price was reasonable. Alex's service was exceptional.

My stay was wonderful. The room was clean, and the service was impeccable. Thanks to all the staff for being so kind and available, especially Alex. He made us feel at home and helped with every issue we ran into during the holiday. Highly recommended.

The location is great, and the rooms are generally clean. Hot water, air conditioning, and WiFi all worked fine. Everyone on staff is friendly and greets us and opens the door whenever we come or go. Alex was especially nice and shared useful tips with us, including a good pho place. The only drawback is that the rooms may be a bit dated.
