Elegant Suites Central

Ha Ngoc at reception deserves a special mention. She was warm, professional, and always ready to help, and her positive attitude made my visit even nicer. The rest of the staff were friendly and attentive too. My room was roomy, thoughtfully laid out, clean, and had what I needed to relax. The location made it easy to get around the city while still feeling peaceful. I had a wonderful stay at Elegant Suites Hanoi and would happily return.

Loved how roomy the apartments were, and the cleaning was really good. It seems great for families. The street was quiet compared with the Old Quarter, with lots of lovely cafes and coffee places. All Day Coffee is on the main street, and so is a spot for Chè. The cafes open in the morning.

We stayed in a three-bedroom unit with a baby and an older family member who has mobility issues. It was very quiet, but still close enough to Hanoi's lively areas, with plenty of good food nearby. Housekeeping were sweet, and the front office staff, including Ngoc, were really friendly. Security were helpful too. There's a playroom for babies and toddlers, which is a nice option if you're trying to avoid Hanoi's pollution. We'll definitely come back when we're in Hanoi.

We had a huge two-room suite with all the mod-cons, and the rooms were excellent. The kids also loved the playroom, which had all new equipment. The location in the heart of the French quarter was great, and the staff arranged both our airport pickup and our transfer when we left. I'd absolutely stay here again if I return to Hanoi.
