A terrible stay, just like other reviews describe. Don’t book here. From my first contact, they showed no care. The room was dirty, with only the trash taken out, and the sheets looked unchanged. There were no bath or face towels, but they claimed I had taken them. The room also wasn’t very large. For 750k VND for two days, I could have found somewhere better.

We paid 3.5 million VND for a disgusting experience. We booked for 10 days while traveling through Hanoi and rushed the reservation without checking reviews. At check-in, the previous guest’s used condoms, underwear, clothes, bedsheets, and pillows were still there, completely uncleaned. We were tired from the flight and had paid in advance, so we didn’t ask to move or report it, and didn’t take a video. We thought we should just relax and enjoy the vacation. Today, October 10th, our flight was at 1 PM. We got up this morning to wash dishes and tidy up. As the attendant instructed, my boyfriend carried 4 or 5 neatly tied bags of trash downstairs. The security camera footage should show it. We’d already cleaned out the room since we’d brought nothing but clothes. After checking out, I realized I’d left my Macbook behind. With the flight coming up, I couldn’t contact anyone and had to rush back. The cleaning lady made it difficult and demanded money without even asking whether I would do it. They said we’d got paint on the doormat, but it was already there when we checked in. I asked why they thought we’d bring paint on a trip. I was in a hurry and tried to explain, but they grabbed my arm and pulled my shirt to make me stay. They only stopped when I threatened to film them, then changed their tone and called the manager. The phone number listed is incorrect. When I called to book, they said I had the wrong number and abruptly hung up. What kind of service is that?

The bed was soft and comfortable, and the room had a washer and dryer downstairs, which was very handy. The security guard was friendly and helpful. At first the room felt a bit cramped, but once I got used to it, it was comfortable and easily fit two people. Good value, and I’d recommend it to solo travelers looking for an affordable place.
