Fortuna Hotel Hanoi

The ground-floor restaurant is great, and there are Chinese and Japanese style restaurants upstairs, so there's a good choice. Florence has served me in both restaurants several times and has always been friendly and given top-class service. The staff throughout the Fortuna Hotel are particularly friendly and provide excellent customer service. It's an excellent hotel with fantastic facilities for all ages and for groups or solo guests, and the price is very good value for money.

Our wedding at Fortuna on 12/04 was wonderful. We had only about 10 days to prepare, which was stressful, but Ms. Esther Hien was friendly and thoughtful throughout. She helped plan the wedding and explained what the package covered, including the ballroom decorations, flowers, champagne tower, food and drinks, a private room for us, and the wedding ceremony procedures. At first we were worried because there was so little time and many things were unclear. Esther answered our questions quickly and carefully, which reassured us and eased the stress as the day got closer. We'd also like to thank the Banquet team, Ms. Ema Thuy, Ms. Dung, Mr. Hung, and everyone else who looked after our family and guests so warmly and attentively. The reception food and drinks were excellent in both presentation and quality, and our guests enjoyed the meal and complimented it during the event. The staff were friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything. Their careful decorations and dedicated service made the venue look beautiful and professional. We were very happy with the extra private room for the bride and groom too, it was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The place was clean, spacious, and airy, easy to find even for guests coming from far away. Security staff and receptionists were always polite and friendly. Thank you for your great support!

Our guests are still talking about how good the food was, and the wedding itself went smoothly from start to finish. Ms. Quynh made all the planning much easier by taking care with every detail and giving us such dedicated support. Alisa made our whole family feel at home. She was warm and genuine, explained the check-in clearly, and stayed patient and friendly when we had questions. Whenever we needed help, she responded quickly, which made us feel comfortable right away.
