The app says checkout is allowed until noon, and I left at 12 PM, but the hotel charged me another 40,000 VND for a late checkout. When I questioned the owner, they said I was supposed to check in and out before 9 AM. I feel like the hotel ripped me off. How dishonest!

They charged an extra 20,000 VND per hour for checkout after 9 PM, without telling me beforehand. On top of that, the room was dirty, the bedding felt unhygienic, the bed smelled bad, and mosquitoes were all over the room. A terrible stay, one star. Don't book here.

The room was dirty, and the bathroom's hot water heater was broken. The elevator was being maintained, and the stairs were narrow. At 11 pm the door was locked, leaving me outside for 30 minutes before someone opened it.
