I loved the bright, modern design, and the apartment felt cozy cozy:) The bed was super comfortable, everything was brand new, and all the equipment worked well, including the fast WiFi. The location is nice, close to what you need, with a Circle K local shop and restaurants easy to reach. Staff were friendly and helpful. When I asked about dealing with my dirty clothes, they showed me where the Landry is. If I'm in Hanoi again, I'll choose this place one more time.

It's a little far from the main tourist attractions, but they take about 20-25mins by Grab, so that's manageable. The apartment is in an alley where local people live, still close to the main road. Great value for money, with a huge bedroom, an extremely clean bathroom, and a well maintained apartment.

Nagomi was really great: the apartment was spacious, clean, and modern, with a kitchen and washing machine. There are some very good cafés and restaurants nearby, and Lotte Mall is close enough to make shopping convenient. The owner was welcoming and very helpful. We thank him and highly recommend Nagomi! 👍👍✅
