The hotel is simple, clean, and comfortable, but the service stood out as some of the best we experienced in Vietnam. The receptionists we met were all warm, helpful, and greeted us with smiles. They let us leave our two big suitcases there while we went to Sapa for three nights, which made the trip much easier. My husband wasn’t feeling well, so they brought breakfast to our room for him. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the kind hospitality ❤️

The hotel room was amazing, and the breakfast was excellent: fresh fruit, smoothies, scrambled eggs, sandwiches, or soup. Jasimine and her team were wonderful and professional, always there for excursions, open conversations, or a laugh. They were flexible and kind, and made sure everything was taken care of. Their suggestions for activities were great, from pagodas and exploring Hanoi to trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. We loved the cycling, boat rides, and finding peaceful, beautiful places with temples. I highly recommend them! Merci encore Jasmine (elle parle français 😀)

The hotel itself was really nice, with friendly people, good customer service, and a perfect location. I had no problems with the hotel. The issue was AGODA. Never, ever book through them. They charged more than the price shown, and when you check the account or receipt, AGODA seems to add extra money. I’ve never had that problem with Expedia. AGODA was a nightmare and the worst. Apart from that ripoff, the hotel was great.

Please be careful with your bags. We thought the staff had mistakenly changed the PIN on one bag, but on our last day it happened with another one. We trusted them and used the same password when opening it, but the PIN had changed again.

The hotel is in a quieter part of the Old Quarter, which makes for a great location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I wish breakfast came with sliced local fruit instead of mixed fruit salad, since the salad didn’t seem fresh to me. Also, watch out for unexpected steps in the hallway.
