Several things were broken: the bathroom door had no handle, the soap holder was broken, and the window was missing its handle. There was no peephole or latch on the main door. A mouse ate my snack, and the room wasn't cleaned daily. Sigh.

I came across this place by chance and was unsure about it because old Google Maps review photos looked off. My previous Booking.com reservation had been a scam, though, and it was getting late, so I decided to give this one a try. It seems recently renovated and looked quite clean. Shops and restaurants nearby made things convenient. I called the hotline to reserve a room, and the staff were very polite. Check-in and check-out were quick.

The receptionist was disrespectful to guests. When I asked questions, the answers were perfunctory.
