Hong Gia Tue Apartment

Room 301 was a lovely two-room apartment at the front of the building, with the bedroom facing the street. Even after nine weeks of travel, this was the first place where we could sleep without earplugs. The soundproofing kept the road noise out, and the firm bed was comfortable. The apartment came with two large TVs, a sofa, table and chairs, air conditioning, a clothes rail, fridge freezer, and washer-dryer. We found an iron in the wardrobe, and when we asked for an ironing board it arrived within minutes. The bathroom had separate toilet and shower cubicles, with a large bath and sink in the connecting room. It was nice to have a European-style bathroom instead of a wet room, and hot water came through quickly and in plenty. We’d booked a studio for two nights and were pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to a two-room apartment. Li and her friendly, efficient team welcomed us when we arrived. Li was a wonderful host, always ready with advice or recommendations, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The WhatsApp messages before arrival were excellent, too. A great place to stay in Hà Nội.

The staff made our stay in Ba Dinh feel special. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and we’d come back for them alone. Our one-bedroom apartment was beautiful, very clean, and serviced daily. It had a kitchen and washing machine, fast, reliable Wi-Fi, and elevator access. The neighborhood has plenty of cafés and restaurants, so it was easy to go out for a meal or coffee. We had nothing significant to complain about, and it’s a comfortable, well-kept option if you want to stay near local places to eat.

The owner was kind and helped us with everything we needed. When we wanted to do laundry, they brought detergent and a drying rack right away, and the security guard was even friendlier. We were upgraded automatically to a larger room, more like a little apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The location was great, too. A perfect place, highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my 4D3N here. It was peaceful and relaxing despite being only a 15-minute walk from the Old Quarter, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well looked after. It had a fridge, washer, microwave, induction cooker, rice cooker, kettle, basic cooking gear, plates, bowls, and cutlery. There were even two smart TVs for Netflix, just remember to sign in and out with your own account. The staff were sweet and helpful. The only little letdown was that the city view was blocked, but everything else made up for it. I’d stay again. P.S. In the video I’m struggling to turn on the lights, but the staff had simply forgotten to switch them on. It was fixed quickly! 😆
