Imperia Sky Garden Dream Loft

It was okay.

There’s a playground, a water fountain, and supermarkets including Winmart and Fresh Market. The complex has four 27-floor buildings, and the spacious modern elevators have mirrors overhead. You can call your apartment by floor from the parking garage to have the door opened, with directions posted there. It does get crowded, though, and traffic often backs up outside.

I decided against this place after hearing too many complaints about apartment quality. It’s marketed as high-class, but there’s no air conditioning in the elevators or lobby. I also saw how the building manager behaved, and saw the place hand out what seemed like unreasonable fines, as if they were being used to top up the company fund. For the price and quality, I wouldn’t choose it.

A little over two hours parking a motorbike in the basement cost more than 30k. What am I, some country bumpkin? Why charge so much?
