Tom and Bella at reception made us feel especially welcome, always greeting us with warm smiles and helping with whatever we needed. We had three amazing days here, and everything about the stay went smoothly. It was a pleasure from beginning to end.

We had to extend our stay after a last-minute change of plans, and the staff handled it so well. Sarah, Robert, and Tom were especially attentive, and everyone was wonderful about helping with our needs. The rooms were modern, spotless, and really comfortable. We even watched the late World Cup games from our room. A very enjoyable time in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter.

Sarah arranged our 5-star Halong Bay cruise onboard the Venus Cruise, including luxury transport to Halong Bay Port. She kept in touch throughout, and the whole arrangement went smoothly. Tom, Bella, Rosa, Sarah, and the rest of the team were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, always ready to help. We loved how easy it was to walk around from the hotel, and its charming atmosphere felt very Hanoi. Our room was spotless and comfortable, a lovely place to unwind after busy days. Breakfast had a great variety and was fresh each morning. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The room was cosy and the location was fabulous. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and the team let us use the rooftop when the bar wasn't operating. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the start, especially Rosa and Sarah. We had a great family stay at La Passion Hanoi and thought it was excellent value. Highly recommend!

We felt safe here as two women travelling together, and Rosa, Bella, and Dinh were all so kind and gave us lovely service. Our room was very nice, breakfast was yummy, and they welcomed us with delicious tea. After a long journey from Sydney, they also helped us get an early check-in. Thanks to Dinh, Rosa, and Bella for making our few nights in Hanoi so good! ❤️
