Traveling with my wife and two young daughters can be a handful, but the staff made our time in Hanoi feel easy. They prepared good vegetarian choices for us at breakfast, and when we needed a ride, they arranged a dependable taxi themselves instead of leaving us to figure it out on the street. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The service really made the trip, with the team going out of their way to help our family. We had a phenomenal stay.

The room was clean and had what I needed, but it didn’t feel especially inviting. There was a strange smell by the entrance, too, and the experience overall was pretty average. At check-in they only asked for the booking details and didn’t ask to see any ID.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better, and the bed runner and decorative pillows had stains. The family were really nice, especially the women, and they helped carry my bags.

The bed was good, and the water pressure was good too. Service was kind, and they were happy to let us switch rooms. Just keep in mind the front rooms get light coming in, while the back has chickens that crow in the morning.

We had an early flight, so staying less than five minutes from the airport worked perfectly. We booked a Grab ahead of time just to be safe. A very good choice for a one-night stop, and worth the price.
