The garden was so peaceful, with this huge mango tree. I got used to hearing mangoes drop, because it meant there was a fresh one to eat, and they were the best I've ever tasted. Lee's cooking was delicious, too. Lee and Long were such helpful, lovely hosts. Long kept me company late into the night over tea and thuoc lao, and I really enjoyed unwinding to the sounds of the homestay. Thanks again, guys. See you next time 😎

We came for two nights and ended up staying five. After our first night, we liked it so much that we added three more, and were very happy we did 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 The place is quiet, which we really appreciated. It's a little outside the city center, but there are bus stops and small shops nearby, and getting to the airport is easy. The owners were warm and helpful whenever we needed something. Our room was spacious and clean, with a large bed, a good shower, and comfortable furnishings. The AC and WiFi worked perfectly throughout. For an affordable stay in Hanoi, Lee Homestay is hard to beat. Highly recommend!

The owners even helped us plan a trip, making sure we got on the right bus by coordinating with the driver. They answered all our questions and really went out of their way to help. The house also has a piano that guests are welcome to play. I loved the backyard. There was a small fountain, a fish pond with colorful Koi, and greenery moving gently in the breeze. The whole space felt wonderfully calm and beautiful, unlike anywhere else I've seen. I only wish we'd stayed longer. It was lovely.

Lee and his family made us feel so welcome. One day they thoughtfully invited us to lunch, which was really kind. Their home was a lovely quiet place to come back to after Hanoi's busy streets, and it's close to the airport. We had a wholesome, wonderful stay.

A peaceful garden and clean rooms, with lovely hosts. It's far enough from central Hanoi to be quiet, while still being close enough that the distance isn't inconvenient. Highly recommend staying here.
