The people at reception were attentive, polite, neatly dressed, and fluent in English. Everything in my room worked well, from the excellent air conditioning and Wi-Fi to the silent fridge freezer. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bedding and sofa were clean, and the wood flooring looked good. The bathroom was nice, with a bidet, heated toilet seat, deep half bath for soaking, and a shower curtain. There was also a small kitchen with a stove and kitchenware. My room looked out over a street with an interesting mix of old and new buildings, and I could see the sunrise. Across the road there's a wine shop famous on TikTok where locals go to have their pictures taken. They're very quiet, and it was nice to watch. There are several local food shops nearby, plus a large supermarket and some restaurants in the Lotte shopping mall, about a 20-minute walk away. It's a decent air-conditioned place to spend time. The hotel had been open about two months as of April 2026. One of the best places I've stayed on my travels in Asia.

It's a lovely, very new hotel, with the most comfortable bed and the best toilet I've ever had. I'd happily come back.

The building is brand new, and Jayce at reception was so hospitable and gave great service. I was able to check in early, which was a real bonus. The bathroom stood out, clean and modern, and I got a great deal. I'd stay again.

The location is pleasant, away from the Old Quarter bustle but still reasonably close. The hotel is new and working through a few small kinks, but I'll definitely book here again when I'm back in Hanoi. My room had lovely natural light from the patio, a washer-dryer in one machine, soft towels, a comfy bed, plenty of storage, a cooktop, electric kettle, good-sized fridge, and bathtub. Jayce and Minh were the best part of an already great stay. I spent a lot of time around the hotel and had plenty of chats with Jayce, who speaks great English. He was kind, welcoming, impressively knowledgeable about Vietnam's history, and great company. Truly a gem. Money well spent, and I look forward to coming back.

The staff made this place for me. Everyone was warm and eager to help, whether I needed a motorbike, a taxi, luggage held on checkout day, or general advice about Vietnam. The conversations felt genuine, with people who were actually interested in helping. After Luxe Paradise Suites I stayed at Wink, a four-star, and an A25 Hotel location rated three or four stars. Even though those cost more, neither came close to this level of service. Five stars plus. I spent four days here, and it ended up being my favorite stay in Vietnam, across several hotels in Hanoi, Da Nang, and HCMC. It was relatively new when I booked, so I took a chance and was glad I did. The building looks good inside and out. The lobby is plain, clean, and useful, without extra decoration or a theme, while the rooms are finished and furnished beautifully. Everything felt fresh, from the floors and paint to the new washer and fridge. The elevator was reasonably spacious and pleasantly quick, and there's secure basement parking if you've rented a motorbike. The room really is a suite, with a small electric stovetop, a washer-dryer, full-sized fridge, huge bathtub, and little balcony beyond enormous sliding glass doors. I wish I'd taken photos. It was among the most spacious hotel rooms I've had in Asia. It was clean, had plenty of outlets and enough lighting, and I could switch off most of the lights from the bedside. The big bed was comfortable. The Japanese-style bidet seat had more settings than I experienced even in Japan. Doing laundry in the room was free, and the washer also dries. I bought a much bigger bag of detergent than I needed for just 84,000 VND at a nearby store, though I suspect they'd have supplied it for free if I'd asked. At Wink, by comparison, washing one load cost 50,000 and drying it another 50,000 VND. When I came back, someone had taken my clothes out and put them on the floor in a basket with a stranger's laundry. Luxe Paradise Suites was a much better laundry experience, among other things. The area has food, shops, ATMs, and a lake within walking distance. It's a 10-15 minute ride to the Old Quarter and Train Street. You can hear the elevator ding in the hallway and horns from motorbikes in the nearby alley during busier hours. I didn't mind the sounds of everyday Vietnam, and they always died down by bedtime. The nightly price was great value. The service and well-equipped, comfortable suite made for a relaxing stay, and if I return to Hanoi, I'll come back here first.
