Good for a short stay. The receptionist was attentive and accommodating. Our room was okay, but the internet was slow.

At 3:00 am, while we were asleep, someone came into our room and took the key card. I found no staff at the lobby when I went down, so we were left without electricity or air conditioning. It was upsetting and made us worry about our safety. The room had no window and was so humid that I became sick. The hotel was dirty throughout, including the lobby and shared spaces, and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly before we checked in. During our 5 days there, nobody collected the trash, so I had to take it out myself. They also never brought toilet paper, despite several requests. Given all that, the stay was completely unacceptable.
