The staff's kindness really stood out during my stay at Narcissus Hotel & Apartment. I accidentally left an AirPod behind, and they helped search for it right away. They found it and even arranged to ship it to me in Ho Chi Minh City, which I was so grateful for. My apartment was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable, and everyone working there was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Though the hotel is in a busy city, it felt peaceful, while still being a short distance from the center. I had an amazing stay and wholeheartedly recommend Narcissus Hotel & Apartment to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The reception staff don't speak English, but checking in and out was fine with our phones translating. The rooms are large and clean, and the central location is away from the noise and bustle of the Old Quarter. There aren't many restaurants or shops right nearby, though the ones there are can be reached on foot.

The room was clean and roomy, and the hotel was pleasant. The train station is close, and you can get to the city center in at most 15 minutes by scooter. The staff were very accommodating.

I really liked the location, with lots of places for food, coffee, and dessert nearby, and the city center is walkable. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Roadworks had blocked the main roads in the area, which made getting there a bit difficult, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. I imagine it will be easier once the renovations are finished.

The rooms were clean, well kept, and had good ventilation and lighting. There was enough drinking water, and they made up the rooms when requested. The location is good too.
