Nesta Hotel & Spa

Check the room for damage before you settle in. The hotel says guests can be charged 200,000 if even a sticker on the room key peels, though that sticker was already coming off. They should warn guests beforehand and ask them to report any damage. The stay could have been very pleasant without this. I tried emailing the hotel after its response and got no reply. This is daylight robbery. I won't recommend it to anyone I know, and I'll give the tour company strong feedback so they don't book this hotel for future trips.

The staff were attentive, kind, and always smiling, and the room was spotless, cozy, and warmly lit. For our honeymoon, the hotel surprised us with a beautiful bed display of fresh flowers, hearts, candles, and a sweet welcome message. It felt so personal and romantic that we were genuinely touched. The whole stay made our honeymoon unforgettable. We're deeply thankful and will recommend the hotel to all our friends in India.

Breakfast from the open buffet was 10 out of 10. The hotel was very clean and quiet, with friendly staff who were always helpful. There’s a small garden outside, a lovely spot to sit and chill.

I slept really well here, the bed was especially comfortable, and my room was spacious with everything I needed. Nesta The Grand Hao Nam felt modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful throughout, and check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The location made it easy to get to the city center, restaurants, and public transportation. Good value for money. I'd recommend it and would consider staying again.
