The customer service was poor, and other bad feedback is completely right. They left small bits of rubbish in the bin beside the fridge. The two bathroom cups were dirty, a pillowcase smelled, and the bath mat outside the bathroom was dirty. I'm leaving this feedback in hopes they'll improve cleaning and service while taking clients' money. They should consider a 3 star rating.

The rooms were dirty and smelled awful, and I think this guesthouse is a rip-off. Our group rented 12 rooms. We agreed on two days at 350k VND for a single and 550k VND for a double. The first day went at those rates, but the next day they used a conference as an excuse and made us pay 400k VND for a single and 600k VND for a double. Everyone should avoid it.

We rented 10 rooms together, and after we negotiated, the owner agreed to 350,000 VND for single rooms and 550,000 VND for doubles. The original quotes had been 400,000 VND and 600,000 VND. Those agreed prices applied on the first day, then went up the next day. The place was run-down, the bedrooms hadn't been cleaned, and there was trash everywhere. The prices were inconsistent, and I won't stay here again.

The price feels too high for what you get. After we had already moved in, they suddenly raised it, and the amenities were disappointing. The facilities are run-down.

On the first day I rented the room, the price was different. The room also hadn't been cleaned: trash was left behind and plastic wrappers were still on the floor.
